In honour of Jim’s work as a magistrate and Chair of the Youth Panel together with his passion for young people and the value of second chances, we have launched a charity in his name.

The Jim Agnew Memorial Charity will, we hope, be an invaluable resource for young people (up to the age of 21) living in Broadland and North Norfolk. The Charity will apply grants to provide physical and educational programmes, activities and individual support to help young people develop their skills, capacities and capabilities.

The Charity will be working closely with the Youth Offenders Team, parole services and local homelessness organisations to provide support and a fresh start to young people, enabling them to reach their potential and participate in society as independent, mature and responsible individuals.
